SHE Leads with Jenni Catron coming to Chambersburg

One of the things we'd like to begin to do more of here on the blog is share the great opportunities for fellowship and study at churches throughout the CGGC. Here's a great one that landed in my email!

SHE Leads is a training event to help women understand and implement their passions and exemplifying a servant leader’s attitude with those they equip to carry out a shared vision.

Through sessions led by a panel of seasoned women leaders, you will explore techniques of leadership to better equip you for serving Christ in your church, community, ministry, and marketplace. In addition, they will encourage, inspire and help you move out with confidence.

SHE Leads is in their 8th year of building into women’s lives with passion and you will walk away encouraged to step out with a desire to impact the lives of others.

Keynote speakers for SHE Leads are Jessie Seneca and Jenni Catron.

Jessie is the founder of More of Him Ministries and the SHE Leads Conference. She has been leading women in the local community and church for more than 25 years. Through God’s Word, Jessie shares what true leadership looks like along with practical teachings from her personal experiences. Her message inspires women to move into a whole-hearted lifestyle, one devoted fully to God. In addition to her role as a keynote speaker, Jessie will lead two breakout sessions: Identifying and Enlisting Leaders and Take the Sting out of Conflict.

Jenni Catron is a writer, speaker, and leadership coach who consults churches and non-profits to help them lead from their extraordinary best. She speaks at conferences and churches nationwide, seeking to help others develop their leadership gifts and lead confidently in the different spheres of influence God has granted them. Jenni blogs at www.jennicatron.com and contributes to a number of other online publications as well. Outreach Magazine has recognized her as one of the thirty emerging influencers reshaping church leadership. In addition to her role as a keynote speaker, Jenni will lead the breakout session: Leading Volunteers.

Breakout sessions include: Breathe, Counseling 101, Effective Leaders are Good Followers, Holy Hustle, Leaving A Legacy from Proven Leadership, What the Younger Me Wants to Know, Overcoming “Spiritual” Identity Theft, Purpose Is Not A Platform, It’s a Passion, Spiritual Insight and Practical Skills of Resolving Conflict, The W.A.I.T after the Call, The Impact of Emotional Intelligence (EQ), and more…
